Refund policy

Refunds will only be issued for returns of product that were purchased within 30 days, still retain their original factory seal, and remain in factory-quality condition as determined by Company.

No refunds will be issued for partially used product or product that appears to be handled, opened or tampered with. 

To start a return, you can contact us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All product returns must include a valid tracking number with a nationally recognized courier service. If 30 days have passed since you shipped your return and have not yet received a refund notification email, please submit the tracking number for your return by our contact form.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a photo of the defective product and send it to info@allimax.ca along with your order information.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please ensure that the shipping information on your account is complete and accurate so that your shipments will be delivered to the correct location. The Company is not responsible for any missing deliveries due to address forwarding or incorrect addresses.  

If you have not received your order, please contact us with your order information within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We are unable to make refunds or reshipments outside of this 30-day period.   

You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your order, including without limitation, import duties, value-added tax, and sales tax. Further, it is your sole responsibility to remit the applicable taxes to the appropriate authority.
